Our property is centrally located close to SDSU, Mission Valley and La Mesa communities. We have a lush landscape with 133 total units with the majority being 1 bedroom 1 baths. You will have access to onsite laundry facilities, barbecue area and pool. We are a gated community with gated parking areas allotting 1 assigned space for a 1 bedroom and 2 for our 2 bedrooms. We are a pet friendly community, allowing 2 cats or 1 small dog up to 25 lbs. with an additional deposit of $500 and $30 a month pet rent. For utilities: gas, trash, and parking are included, residents pay their own electric directly to SDGE based upon usage. Water & Sewer is $25 per occupant per month.
