Coreshape

History

Coreshape was opened in 2005, after my relocation from the east coast where I had a Pilates and Gyrotonic studio since 2000. Pilates and Gyrotonic have both been a passion of mine since 1992, and 1994, respectively. Studying them both has changed my life and revolutionized my body structure. I cannot imagine my life without them. And I believe in bringing this passion into my teaching and my studio.

Specialties

authentic pilates taught in a beautiful studio with parking, by a certified authentic pilates instructor, trained and certified by Romana Kryanowska, Joseph Pilates protege.
