Poor management and raise rates vs making improvements. Do not recommend. There are no improvements being done just rates going up when most can barely put good on the table

Absolutely terrible experience with Concord Consulting and Association Management, Inc. It feels like they just don't care about the tenants or the owners of the property. Avoid them at all costs...

After many calls, e-mails, contacts with the HOA Board, Sloan finally reimbursed me $3500.00 to pay for the repair to my A/C system. Dealing with Concord remains a nightmare. No one calls back....
