His education and surgical training background is extensive.Dr. Rosing graduated from the Keck School of Medicine of USC where he was recognized as a Graduate with Highest Distinction. His training included complete general surgery residency at Stanford University Hospital, followed by plastic and reconstructive surgery fellowship at University of California, Davis. Dr. Rosing has authored and published surgical textbook chapters as well as several peer reviewed scientific articles.
