I am a property owner who has had multiple properties managed for years by Cogburn. They consistently rent the properties and are more than pleasant to deal with. Definitely recommend!

I don't even want to give the a one star they don't deserve it, they tell you one thing then turn around and kick you in the a*****. They are not professional at all and they are HEARTLESS!!!!!!
