The mission of Bridge Mediation is to educate corporate business leaders about mediation as an alternative to traditional dispute resolution methods, and to facilitate dialogue. We provide a pathway of resources between countries and companies that will enable innovative international business dispute resolutions. Our purpose is to let our clients understand that they have a possibility to resolve their disputes without recurring to the standard resolutions and that an agreement is possible anytime the parties can bridge the gap between their cultural differences. In addition, Bridge Mediation professionals are trained in both common and civil law systems, and can facilitate connections between the two systems. We approach every new target country by associating to the team a new member from that country, in order to get through the culture and business practices of the selected area.
