I don't usually have issues with Citibank. The only issue I have is how long it takes when you have to wait in line for the teller. The tellers, however, are always polite and willing to help.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE ! Horrible experience 1) we set up an appointment last week to come in today to this location & they told us they did not find us under the appointment section....

The staff is so unhelpful and rude. I would not recommend going to this branch if you are looking for anything other than an ATM because the staff here does not want to help any customers.
