The best Citibank branch, period. Everyone is super helpful, and polite. But not in a disingenuous way. Caitlyn is wonderful and if I were twenty years younger... well, I digress. All kidding...

There is no accessible ATM. I need to wait till the actual bank has to open which is 10 am. Super inconvenient
