I started Clear Edge Realty to provide the ultimate customer service for those looking to buy or sell a home. To be honest most real estate agents just flat out suck! I try to provide the ultimate customer service experience while keeping it professional but making the process fun and easy. 12 Years later and hundreds of closed transactions I'm still in the game making families dreams come true on a daily basis. I specialize in First Time and Military Home buyers while having experience with move up buyers, investors, sellers, bank owned properties, short sales, 55+ buyers and sellers, and pretty much anything residential. Keep in mind after 12 years I have built a large network of lenders and contractors that are geared toward providing you with the same service in which I strive to provide. Most of my lenders have programs for low to moderate income, zero down, all closing costs paid, etc.... I am a encyclopedia of real estate info and services use me as you wish!
