Their customer service is HORRIBLE. I placed an order on the 10th and still haven't received an email saying it's ready to ship. I call their phone number and they answered once and put me on hold...

Ordered 3 bottles of hard to find Gin. Delivered in 5 days to Phoenix. No worries, gets the job done. Asked an email question, they responded in 24 hrs. Yes would buy liquor from Chips again!

This looks like just another liquor store from the street, but they have a great stock of rum, especially Hamilton and Plantation, which were what I was looking for, as well as syrups and liqueurs...
