Chase Bank

I'm so glad a Chase opened here! Before I would go to the one on Blossom Hill and Snell and hated it. Friendly employees, it's nicely lit and super clean inside. It's never really busy in here...

Lousy service. SLOW! Waited in line for 15 minutes! Two tellers and a bunch of chase employees walking around.

terrible service. Tellers can barely answer a simple question. Manager is rude and unhelpful. refused to give me her name when i asked. never going to this branch again

ATM's outside never work literally always have a fault code wether it may be no receipts, cannot dispense cash etc EVERY TIME. Why is this not being addressed to serve the customers?
