I went in today to open an account and was very nervous at first, but I felt comfortable almost immediately. This branch truly does not treat you like just another number they genuinely care about...

I was able to find parking right in front of the bank YAY I walked rt in and used the ATM, no line I was in and out within less than 5 minutes double YAY

They charge for checks and won't waive the fee. Very frustrating, that is not good customer service for someone who has transacted with them for over 10 years.
