The location on Grand Avenue is always a pleasant experience. Not sure why they choose to pay someone to stand at the entrance and say hi vs hiring additional tellers to expedite transactions.

Only one teller on phone with call center. Been here 20 minutes with no end in sight... will never be back to this branch....

Very helpful bankers and tellers. Tip: If you use the electronic payment system online, and your check is not cashed for whatever reason, the amount is still taken from your account ("funded")....
