They never call back! Worst customer service ! Arrogant. I was going to transfer my accounts and was told someone will call me in 48 hours. Nobody did.

buyer beware was meant for this company! Not only did they steal $400k when one of their overnight brokers messed up my order, they collect half of the RA Fees! Lawsuit here we come!
