Shalesse has a collaborative, evidence-based approach to patient-centered care using medication management, nutrition, exercise, and mindfulness techniques. She believes in acknowledging mental well-being alongside physical health, advocating for holistic care that nurtures the mind, body, and soul. Shalesse works closely with patients to create individualized treatment plans that promote autonomy. Her passion for mental health and wellness, particularly in underserved communities, inspired her journey to reduce the stigma surrounding mental health. Shalesse enjoys baking, spin classes, traveling, trying new foods, and watching Disney movies.
