Founded in 1996, Catalytic Solutions (CSI) manufactures and delivers proprietary technology that improves the performance and reduces the cost of catalytic converters. CSI has developed a unique catalytic coating, as well as a manufacturing process to apply its coating to a substrate that forms the functional element of a catalytic converter. Catalytic converters are the pervasive means of meeting increasingly stringent emissions standards around the world for vehicles, energy production facilities and other applications. CSI sells its products to several of the world s providers of aftermarket catalytic converters and major automotive original equipment manufacturers. About A.G. Layne A.G. Layne was built in 1964 by Shell Oil Company as a distributor or jobber of their quality fuels, lubricants and solvents. After a few years the business was sold to a former Shell employee named Alton G. Layne. Hence the name, A.G. Layne. A.G. Layne has remained a family business ever since.
