Have had multiple problems with them 1.not letting me get my stuff because the only person with keys apparently wasn't there 2. Lost my cord and refused to give me back my PC cause they lost my cord

Good experience great bargains on DVDs and games. Since the first time I stepped in a CCL&J. Store associate even looked some things up for me to make sure my system was compatible.
