SpecialtiesFired Up Fitness is a personal training business individually owned and operated by Lydia Scott-Adams, CPT. I am based in Alameda California and serve San Francisco's East Bay area. As a personal trainer and coach, I am here to guide you towards your health and fitness goals. I specialize in working with women who want to get into shape by designing unique fitness programs for them to follow. My goal is to be a strong support system who holds my clients accountable in their training sessions and encourages my clients to embrace fitness as a way of life.
