They don't answer their phones or emails or respond in a timely manner. System of doing anything is outdated. Aren't very friendly staff.

They take 90+ days to approve your application if they have one or more deficiencies. You'll turn in the paper work to fix the problem and they say 2-3 more weeks. Then you call and you can't...

UPDATE: 5months in and still no license!!!!!! Their answering service is a joke. Don't trust their processing time specified on their website. Its a lie! Submitted my application 3 months ago...

Been months and no one has answered my emails or called me back. There's no one to talk to about my license I'm losing money waiting for them would give them a 0 if I could.
