The place is great. They have very professional staff and very accommodating. They have free parking lot for their clients and very safe. I started going to this last month.

Great experience with the teller line at this bank. Everyone is so friendly and efficient at what they do to help their customers. Great location by Bart and parking for customers during the day.

Called ahead to ask if they could set up a client trust account. Said they could but as you can tell from one star they couldn't. They gave the account the wrong name. Twice. Then the wrong tax...
