Terrible customer service, housekeeping does NOT clean the rooms, we are constantly taking our trash out ourselves. Housekeeping is lazy, does not like to mop rooms or change bedsheets. Found bed...

Nonsmoking room smelled like smoke. Holes in wall with access panel that doesn't even fit properly. Can see inside the wall. Moldy silicone around shower. Constant honking from neighbors....
