The main components of the system include the TRX Suspension Trainer, Russian Kettlebell, Indo Board balance trainer, Manduka Yoga mat, Hugger Mugger bolster, Aeromat exercise pad, Trigger Point Grid, Pilates Magic Circle, and a few fitness balls of various sizes and weights. We will educate and inspire you, to make fitness a part of your daily routine. From our studio, you will develop the knowledge necessary to live a life full of joy and abundance, never forgetting our inner child, beauty, and outer strength.Specialties1 on 1 & small group fitness instruction, using the TRX Suspension Trainer and Russian Kettlebell as our featured products.
