Burattino is the first and only pizzeria in Los Angeles that serves pizza made from 100% wild boar meat. We offer a selection of Limited Edition Pizzas that feature rare gourmet ingredients, such as Duck Prosciutto & Dried Persimmons, Venison & Lingonberried Brie, Wild Boar & Black Garlic, and Artisan Chorizo and Langostino. We buy only premium meats that are cooked in-house in our brick oven. Bread for sandwiches is baked daily from our own special dough. Veggies are always market fresh.
