They let my tv sit at airport for a week "awaiting transfer". By far the worst shipping company out there. Still haven't received my tv.

BTX needs to leave the delivery industry to the experts, such as Amazon, FedEx, and UPS. Tracking information updates are awful. They lie about delivery time. They seem to have no sense of urgency...
