Brick L'Oven is a unique pizza catering business, with each hand-stretched pie crafted from house made Neapolitan dough and fresh California toppings-- all baked to perfection in our mobile brick oven in 90 seconds or less. Catering to the greater Fresno area, we hope to share a bit of tradition and a lot of delicious pizza with our wonderful community! Find us at Ziveli Winery every Saturday and Sunday during their tasting hours, 12 PM-5PM. We are available for bookings weekdays only until further notice, and booking inquiries can be made by through our website.
