It's as comfortable as could be expected for an older camp space. The kitchen stuff is well used but grateful for what's available.

Located in Oakland, California, Lakeshore Homes Association is the second oldest homeowners?association west of the Mississippi. Origins: Initial development by Wickham Havens and Walter H. Leimert began in June of 1917. Lakeshore Homes Association was incorporated on October 4, 1917. Size: Lakeshore Homes Association comprises 1, 055 properties covering approximately 200 acres. Parks and Open Spaces: There are 8 locations within our boundaries which are maintained by the Association through a yearly assessment. Office: Lakeshore Homes Association has an office located at 907 Underhills Road and is staffed by 2 part time administrators. Board of Directors: A five member Board of Directors is elected annually by the membership to conduct, manage, and control the affairs and business of the Association. There are three standing committees, each chaired by a Board Member. New Board Members are usually chosen from among those individuals having served on one or more committees. Executive: The President advises the Board on the overall supervision and control of the Association's administrative functions. Finance: The Secretary/Treasurer advises the Board on the supervision and management of the Association's financial affairs. Administrators: The 2 part time administrators manage the daily operations of the Association, serve as a communication link between Board, the Committees and the membership.
