Bluewater Pool Services and Repair was started in 2004 by James Byun, who served his clients with integrity, honesty, and excellence. We serve San Diego county from Oceanside down to El Cajon and everything in between. We make it our duty to treat your pool like we would treat our own pool. James Byun has retired as of 2016 and is now owned and operated by Scott & Joel Walker. Both of which were trained closely by James himself. We look forward to meeting and servicing you in the years to come!
