HistoryCrossFit Bishop began in a garage in 2010 and was the first CrossFit gym in Bishop. CrossFit Bishop has grown to become the largest facility with over 3000 sq ft of space and enough equipment to hold large classes. The facility is open 24/7 with keyless access making those drop ins available at anytime.SpecialtiesCrossFit Bishop specializes in helping people in all walks of life meet their health goals. CrossFit Bishop offers group classes of programmed WOD's (Workout of the Day) M/W/F at 4:45am and M-F at 5:30 pm and 6:30 pm. We also offer Boot Camp Classes on M/W/F at 5:30 am. CrossFit Bishop is a 24/7 access gym, so if you miss out on a workout you can come in when ever you would like! We aim to have quality trainers who are passionate to help you reach your goals, and offer CrossFit Foundations Classes for our first time CrossFitter as well as one on one personal training.
