In 1973, Bob took over a service station in Oakland, California, and with it came a 1966 Ford tow truck. Several of his customers owned towing companies and they encouraged him to use the truck to further his endeavor. He attended a seminar in Hawaii in 1978 and it was at that seminar that he discovered the actual value of a tow truck and how it could further his business. He now has many trucks, from light duty to heavy duty, and many employees under his care. He tows for many local police entities and has several customer accounts. His reputation in his community is a great one, but it wasn't just given to him, he earned it through his hard work and determination.
