Clean but also deserted area. I would not come here alone. Razor wire and tall fence obstructing the view of the marina. Probably better spots to walk. Didn't complete the one mile loop... but...

Great walking trail. Flat one mile loop. Parking is easy and there are bathrooms at the start. Do yourself a favor and get breakfast at Big Daddy Ross's Cafe and go for a walk.
