Bath & Body Works

I like the Ladera Center, Bath & body Works because it's very convenient. You don't have to go through a crowded mall and they have everything and more that all the rest of them have.

I walked in to the annual sale wanting to shop and I was greeted by jay and her nasty attitude she looked at me up and down made me feel very unwelcome and uncomfortable.

Goofy's I'll never step foot in this location. I called in and I always greet anyone and ask how their doing. This disrespectful woman, either Ashley or Woman who's name stares with a J Hung up...

was at this bath and body works location earlier and was having some complications with Jay she was very rude and had a bad attitude when i asked a simple question.

Thank you Latasha for providing outstanding customer service. She greeted every customer that walked through the door. I appreciate your help as well with my candle.
