Receptionist is rude short and unprofessional. Acts like if a family member that she doesn't likes is calling in. And then i go in to fill out an application and she answers the phone and cusses....

Elizabeth, Patty and Gordon are all so friendly and incredible! This is my second time renting through Bankston and I hope to continue into the future. They are WONDERFUL!!!!!!
