Not the friendliest bank I've ever encountered. I've been standing here for almost 10 minutes to see a personal banker and have yet to be acknowledged by either of the the two ladies at the desk....

Seems like this branch likes to make black people wait. 1:30 in the afternoon, line to the door and one window open. Once school gets out across the street it gets even worse. ATM shuts down at 8. Smh
