Horrible customer service. I'm closing our account after being unhappy for years! Capitola Branch was the worst banking experience I've ever had in my life.

Not a lot of BofA locations in SC. Thank goodness for this one for a quick bank run. Quick in and out, nothing eventful.

Went in to open an account and the manager was extremely friendly. He set me up with the person I needed to talk to. I have read poor reviews here of a specific female manager and this one was not...

Went in to cash a check for convenience and they charged me an $8 fee. Not very convenient at all and not a great way to encourage new customers.
