Went to store on a weekday afternoon at 1:00. Store was closed. No one answered door or phone. Wasted my time driving down here. Super frustrating.

We were sold on insurance that you pay monthly. Phone is 7 months old, the screen stopped working. The El Dorado Hills ATT store told us they could not help us, to go to a different store....
