No technical help, just want to sell new phones. Bad attitude doesn't help. I'm a 20 year AT&T customer but will never use these cl I was again.

Always rude, will hang up on you . This store in bishop has always been this way. In store or out. To bad there wasn't another closer.i won't go here I will drive to another.

Reps aren't very friendly. The level of communication is lacking. They don't seem to be forward thinkers when it comes to customer service.
