Worst experience. They duplicated my keys and they didn't even work and didn't want to give me a refund or try to fix it when I went back the next day.

Wrote review 2 years ago and now again. 5 stars. Same issue pushbar on door. Jose came and checked it...once again used his expertise to disassemble, Clean and lubricate. Pushbar lock functioned...
