Appointment time was 9:20am. Didn't get taken back to room until 10:30am. Sitting here in room for 1/2 hour now. 1 hour 40 minutes behind already and no doctor in here yet! Rediculous!!

This place is very rude I'm not impressed with their mannerism. The receptionist for the physical therapy is horrible. it's a long story I just know I won't be going there for thera ever again....
