They do not know what they are doing. Can't perform a basic diagnostic, you take a car to a "professional " you expect them to try the basics before they tell some outrageous price or problem.

anthony was very helpful, determined the issue, made the repair, kept it simple and no upcharges even though it was possible ... very happy with his work. first time but not the last!!
