The foundation of Touchstone Builders are four veteran "hands on", building specialists with long ties to Santa Barbara. Additionally, we have a team with expertise that covers all general trades plumbing, electrical, framing, sheet rock, tile, plaster, stucco, paint, door and window installation etc. We created our team with our 25 years of experience in commercial and residential projects, from interior remodels to "ground up" construction. Including grading, building pads, caissons, tie backs and other specialized work. Our team members also have experience in assisting from the design through the project management of the construction. Then assure that every final intricate detail is finished to the expectations of the client.
