Took our older dog in today after he gave his groomers a scare this morning. Didn't know about AVH until we looked up emergency vet and found them online. They couldn't have been more amazing!...

The staff seems very un caring. They give lots of excuses. I feel like this could be a great place but there is so much bureaucracy and bad customer service it brings it down. They could do better.

If i could give this place 0 stars i would. My dad recently brought my bully in here & without any proof they put her to sleep not knowing it wasn't even his dog. I called that day to pay for her...

I came here to see if it was my dogs time to go. I was in denial and I didn't want to hear the truth. I was asking the vet if I had all the money in the world if he had another chance at life...
