They do good work, have used them for years. Last experience wasn't as good (no show on a pick up). I'd still give them a try: They know their stuff. Probably having an off day.

Performed work that I specifically didn't authorize and then refused to return my refrigerator unless I paid an outrageous cost or waited for him to remove the parts on his schedule.

I took my freezer in for repair. They fixed it with in couple days is working great. Would definitely us them again in the future.
