Marsha Treadwell, PHD is a psychologist based in Oakland, CA, specializing in providing care for children and families living with medical conditions, with a particular focus on sickle cell disease. She directs the Sickle Cell Care Coordination Initiative in Northern California and is the regional director of the Pacific Sickle Cell Regional Collaborative, working to improve access to high-quality sickle cell care. With expertise in evaluating programs and improving healthcare quality, Treadwell is dedicated to helping patients and families develop resilience and cope with stress.
