Just here as a visitor and impressed by the place. New facility and up to code. Visitor and kid friendly as well. Mall close by and convenient. Cemetery across the street.

The AlmaVia of San Rafael is a nonprofit assisted living community that offers support services for senior citizens. The community features studio and one- and two-bedroom apartments with private baths and kitchenettes. Its capabilities include medication management and personal and respite care. The AlmaVia of San Rafael also provides educational and entertainment programs, as well as housekeeping, laundry and transportation assistance. The community organizes games, movie screenings, music programs, and arts and crafts activities. In addition, it offers spiritual care and social services, including grief and loss and family support groups. The AlmaVia of San Rafael features an on-site salon and library. My mom was here for several years and the care is not great. All of her jewelry was stolen and she was neglected... really regret her stay there
