History
Begining in 1985, I, Tawmie Zaragoza started a career in woodworking at Pioneer Custom Cabinets in Lompoc Ca. Always making things made of wood as a young person with my Brother Billy, like go carts, tree forts, dog houses and skate ramps, I took shop classes in Jr. High and High School. Never knowing that this was the prerequisite to my future. Working at the cabinet shop taught me the skills and work ethics I would need to survive as a woman in the wood working trade. Now, Many years later and several shops, projects, employers and clients, I've become a Licenced Specialty C-6 Finish Carpenter. Specializing in Interior trim work, wainscot, built-in hutches and desks, window seats and chests, cabinet alterations, modifications, new cabinets, mantels, wood countertops, and various other wood projects.
