As someone who lived with Ada Cook as a landlord for four years, I want to make a STRONG warning to tenants to avoid having this woman as your landlord. She is an extremely brazen and hot-headed...

I have to second Andy's review about Ada Cook. I hate to say anything disparaging about someone but I truly think she is emotionally unstable. She has extreme mood swings - changes on a dime....
