Update review. The manager is amazing here, she did my counselor meetings and was the sweetest woman I've ever met. Unfortunately, her team sucks, Vice President of the company Amelia treats...

Counselor Andre is very helpful and informative and friendly. The program is strict about scheduling though, make sure you don't miss an appointment or it's $30 each time!
