Took my car in for smog certification. It failed and they led me through the Consumer Assistance Program, and got my car repaired to pass the smog inspection. Received $3000 worth of repairs for $300.

We used this shop several times in the past few years, over time it's been fine, but today we went in and were informed that they had a data loss and lost a computer, and therefore lost customer...

The worst! They overcharged us for an estimate, then they quoted us over $200 more than everyone else for a new radiator. The wife is running things now and she's a real witch!
