RV sites,tent area and one small creek side Cottage in Hot Springs, Arkansas city limits and on Lake Hamilton. Full service RV sites with city water and at every site sewer, 30 and 50 amp. Electric, 78 channels Cable TV, Wi/Fi, Boat Ramp, Shoreline fishing,on site Propane service, Community Cooking Pit.

Great place to stay. Cookout is fun fun fun on Friday nights. Trees are beautiful in the Fall on the lake. Friendly owner and very helpful.
