Brand new location in the West Memphis area (which really needed it). The employees are polite, yet the service is a bit on the slow side when it isn't peak time. Quite possibly due to staffing....

I've popped in twice now, two days in a row. My Flat White is served quick. It's hot and perfect. The Starbucks is clean and attractive, as Starbuck's are. The staff was friendly and on task.
